Briana Duplechain Associate

Briana Duplechain focuses her practice on civil litigation, including the defense of insurance carriers and their insureds in a variety of tort and contract disputes, insurance coverage disputes and claims for personal injury and property damage related to motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.  Briana also has experience litigating on behalf of injured plaintiffs.  While earning her degree at Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Briana served as the vice president of the Civil Rights Society and a student attorney in the Thurgood Marshall School of Law Wills, Trusts, and Guardianship clinic.
