David Fleishman is uniquely qualified to defend clients in both criminal and civil cases. Having served as lead counsel in countless legal proceedings, David brings to every case a combination of expertise, commitment, and strategic creativity. His extensive litigation experience and particularized knowledge of the court system allows him to strategically analyze any case and implement an approach to ensure the best possible outcomes for his clients.
David focuses his civil litigation practice primarily in the areas of motor vehicle tort defense, insurance coverage disputes, and first-party insurance defense. He zealously represents both individuals and corporations at all stages of litigation, including discovery, settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, pre-trial motions, hearings, trials, and appeals. David has successfully represented clients before judges and juries in federal and local courts, both in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
David focuses his criminal litigation practice on individuals charged with serious traffic, misdemeanor, and/or felony offenses in Maryland. Before joining Budow and Noble, P.C., David worked as a tenacious advocate at the Maryland Office of the Public Defender in Montgomery County, Maryland. He has defended hundreds of individuals charged with a variety of criminal charges, including DWI and DUI offenses, drug possession and distribution offenses, sex offenses, domestic violence related offenses, weapons offenses, theft offenses, burglary offenses, and assaults. He consistently achieves favorable results for his clients at all stages of criminal proceedings, including bond reviews, suppression motions hearings, plea negotiations, district court appeals, bench trials, and jury trials.
