Samantha P. Shyam Associate

Samantha Shyam maintains a civil litigation practice, including insurance coverage disputes, extra-contractual insurance claims, first-party insurance defense, fraud and motor vehicle tort defense. Samantha’s clients rely on her extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, which began at her prior employment as claims counsel.  The tenacity with which she solved legal issues and developed strategic solutions while interning at the Community Law Center in Baltimore, Maryland and the United States Coast Guard Office of the Judge Advocate General in Washington, D.C. led to the development of skills that help her clients achieve their goals.
