Michael J. Budow

Michael J. Budow founded Budow and Noble, P.C. with Allan A. Noble in 1982. He focused his practice in all areas of insurance defense work on behalf of national insurance companies, including in extra-contractual and bad faith areas. He represented condominium and homeowner associations related officers and directors and management. He had extensive trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts, defended class-action lawsuits and handled large technical subrogation claims. Mike is an original member and organizer of the Maryland State Arson Control Association and served as Chairman of many of its past programs. He lectured before the Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania Arson Associations, as well as the Maryland State Bar Association, and spoke at numerous arson and fraud seminars for various insurance organizations and claims conferences. Mike retired from the firm in 2016.
