Biography

Alane Tempchin focuses her practice on civil litigation, including the defense of insurance carriers and their insureds in a variety of tort and contract disputes, insurance coverage disputes and claims for personal injury and property damage related to motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. Ms. Tempchin also has experience defending and pursuing state and federal civil rights claims.
