Holly Sigman maintains a general litigation practice, including motor vehicle tort defense, insurance coverage disputes, first party insurance claims, insurer “bad faith” claims, and extra-contractual insurance claims. Before joining the firm, Holly was a judicial law clerk for the Civil Magistrates at the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. While earning her J.D. at the Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law, she served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Bill Ailor, a trial judge with the Circuit Court for Knox County in Knoxville, Tennessee. She also interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Tennessee in the criminal division.
