Biography
Marie-Therese Goff focuses her practice on civil litigation, including the defense of insurance carriers against first-party breach of contract and extra-contractual claims including “bad faith” in insurance coverage disputes arising under homeowner, automobile, and business policies, the defense of insurance agents against professional liability, and motor vehicle tort defense.
