Biography
Emily Riner focuses her practice on civil litigation, with a concentration in insurance coverage disputes, insurance fraud, first-party insurance defense and extra-contractual cases, including lack of good faith. She utilizes creative strategy to tackle tough legal issues at all stages of litigation. Emily is dedicated to resolving her clients’ disputes. Her commitment began during her service as a Polydor Fellow for Legal Counsel for the Elderly in Washington, DC, where she also honed her courtroom skills.
